Script swearkick.tcl with Unicode support

This is an edit of the swearkick.tcl script from Eggdrop IRC bot help web site.
This one is made to support Unicode UTF-8 encoding; and therefore all languages of the world, also with regular expression rules for string matching.
just every element in the list $swearwords is used to match word by word. In this edit, it cannot match a substring coming from the channel
you have to recompile eggdrop to use UTF-8 encoding and ask the channel users to be on utf-8. Click here to download the script package.
